Shipping and Handling
The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are internationally based, our shipping and handling times can vary, and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.
Processing time: Once we receive your payment, we quickly forward your order to our suppliers for verification, tailoring, quality control, and packaging. This may extend the process by an additional 1-2 days. However, if our inventory levels are sufficient, we might bypass this step, assuming your order can be fulfilled with our existing stock from the supplier.
Shipping time: This pertains to the duration required for items to be delivered from our warehouse to the destination. It usually takes between 8 to 14 days, but the actual shipping time can differ. The shortest duration I have observed is one week.
Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time (using our tracking page). Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
