Returns & Refunds

 Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund.  Why?  Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to mediaeclat@gmail.com  

Afterward, you may choose to keep the item or consider donating it. We provide refunds exclusively in the form of store gift cards for equivalent amounts.

Additionally, most of our premium products are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty for up to 90 days, and in many cases, even longer.
